Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise the crew, coordinate tasks, assist customers, maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves and uphold CVS policies to create a positive shopping experience.

This role offers 20 hours weekly with competitive pay and benefits for eligible colleagues.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
