Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive operations, and build customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead staff when managers are absent, ensure smooth opening/closing, and uphold CVS customer service standards.

The role includes supervising crew, handling customer inquiries, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and executing displays per the plan. A high school diploma is preferred and weekly hours are 29.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent store issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management when no manager on site; supervise crew and direct activities.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews to ensure store execution.
• Provide strong customer service, resolve questions and complaints, and protect customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, arrange displays, and manage weekly/promotional inventory; reset departments per planograms.
