Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead when managers are off-site and help ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays while upholding CVS customer service standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise store crews and communicate with management and crews.
• Maintain customer service standards and handle customer questions, problems and complaints.
