Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth execution.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving customer service excellence.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks, and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Price, stock and present merchandise; maintain displays and inventory.
• Address customer questions, problems and complaints following policy.
