Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and build customer loyalty through excellent service. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing duties with accuracy.

The role emphasizes customer service, supervision, and merchandise presentation, with a typical part-time schedule and a pay range of $16.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision skills expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in coordination with CVS Store Management.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS service standards.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing and stock to ensure displays are accurate and appealing.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.
