Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager and ensure smooth store operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and execute displays and seasonal inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms and maintain store presentation.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
