Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Supervise crew, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to uphold service standards.
• Maintain price, stock and merchandising, including weekly and promotional displays.
