Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. When managers are not onsite, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, handle customer questions, maintain product displays, and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Weekend and overnight shifts may be required, with a base pay of $16 per hour and benefits for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is present and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Execute merchandising, pricing and stock tasks; reset departments following plans and promotions.
