Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the store management team and drive store execution. You will supervise staff in the manager's absence, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and uphold customer service standards.

Responsibilities include directing daily tasks, assisting customers, merchandising, and maintaining inventory according to planograms. The role offers a typical pay range of $16.50–$24.00 per hour and part-time benefits.

• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
