Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly/seasonal plans.
• Reset departments following planogram changes.
