Job summary

CVS Health in Powell, OH is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead crew when managers are away, supervise daily tasks, handle opening and closing, and help maintain presentation and stock levels. This role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule with a $16 per hour base pay, plus eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Experience in retail supervision preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are off-site and ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues per policy.
• Greet customers, assist with questions, and promote CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly promotions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and POS operations.
