Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent store execution and customer service. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, communicating with management and crews, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for CVS customers, while upholding confidentiality and display standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights, and weekends; able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are offsite to ensure proper execution of operations.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to maintain service levels.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints promptly.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and ensure confidentiality and privacy.
