Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-Time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and smooth store operations. When a manager is unavailable, you will lead staff, open/close procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will supervise crew activities, manage customer interactions, and help maintain merchandise presentation while upholding confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up activities.
• Communicate information to and from management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per policy and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
