Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and build consumer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead the staff, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth operations.

You will supervise, assist customers, and manage merchandise presentation to meet CVS standards while protecting customer privacy and fostering a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Assist customers, resolve issues and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Price, stock, and reset merchandise per weekly promotions and store standards.
