Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store performance with a focus on exceptional customer service. When no manager is onsite, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, maintain displays, and handle weekly merchandising tasks while upholding CVS privacy standards. This is a part-time role with roughly 29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Effective communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is not onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and address questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, stock shelves, price items, and reset departments per planograms.
