Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in executing store operations and driving performance. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, supervising staff in the absence of a manager, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, promoting CVS service culture, and maintaining store presentation with merchandising, pricing and displays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Supervise crew through assignment, direction and follow-up of daily activities; maintain communication with management and crews.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and ensure off-shelf merchandise is displayed properly.
