Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering strong store execution and customer service. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff to ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and operations run smoothly.

You will supervise crew, assist customers, and uphold CVS customer service standards while protecting confidentiality and integrity of information. This role is part-time with varied shifts and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Direct and follow up on all activities to ensure store execution.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Handle customer relations per company policy and maintain confidentiality.
• Price, stock and merchandise presentation; execute displays, inventory, and seasonal/promotional changes.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain off-shelf merchandise.
