Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer satisfaction at CVS Pharmacy locations. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

Key duties include supervising crews, handling customer questions and complaints, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining promotions and displays.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in collaboration with store management.
• Supervise crew in absence of manager or supervisor.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and ensure confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
