Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, and coordinating with management to maintain a high level of store presentation and compliance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and address questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
