Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and enhance customer service. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable and ensure timely opening and closing tasks are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, resolving customer questions, maintaining confidentiality, stocking shelves, and executing promotions and displays. A High School diploma is preferred, with experience in retail supervision beneficial.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is present; ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture while maintaining confidentiality.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
