Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead and supervise the store crew; communicate with management and team.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per weekly/promotional guidelines.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure timely merchandising.
