Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team and drive store execution with a strong emphasis on customer service. When managers are unavailable, you will lead staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise the crew, communicate effectively with management, handle customer questions and complaints, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure smooth store operations and complete opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and assist customers with questions.
