Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are away, ensure smooth opening and closing, and help maintain safe, clean and compliant operations.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, coordinating tasks, handling customer inquiries, merchandising, and communicating with management.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and assist store management.
• Ensure smooth store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain displays, price merchandise and stock shelves.
