Responsibilities

• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and store promotions.
