Job summary

MINISO USA in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily store operations and help drive sales. You will assist the Store Manager, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at the register.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and basic POS knowledge, with the ability to travel between store locations as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement at floor and register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement merchandising updates.
• Open/close duties; ensure safety compliance and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to policies.
• Demonstrate enthusiastic, professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
