Qualifications

• Leadership and people skills to manage and motivate staff
• Customer service aptitude with ability to resolve issues
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPI goals
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling and merchandising
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels and implement visual updates
• Open and close store, ensure safety and cleanliness
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Support loss prevention efforts and policy compliance
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register
• Participate in promotions and events to hit business targets
