Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in California to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage replenishments, merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep while promoting the store’s membership program for loyalty.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a proactive approach to maintaining store standards and safety, with emphasis on customer engagement and selling through the POS system.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience in retail leadership or as a shift supervisor.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Support daily store operations including replenishment and merchandising.
• Open/close store and ensure security, safety, and cleanliness.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and handle cash.
• Promote store membership program to build customer loyalty.
• Assist with loss prevention and policy adherence.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual updates.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
