Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will drive sales, supervise staff on the floor and at the register, manage replenishment and merchandising, handle cash, and support promotions and store upkeep. This role requires leadership, multitasking, basic POS knowledge, and willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure safety and operational compliance.
