MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader who supports the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, maintain standards, handle cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, cash management, and shipments, while promoting the store's membership program to cultivate loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor or shift leader in retail.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising.
• Open/close the store; ensure safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm aligned with MINISO USA commitments.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business goals.
