Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily store operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual updates.
• Open and close the store and ensure safety and operational procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
