MINISO USA is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, oversee cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing, while promoting the store’s membership program for customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and coaching staff.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure security and safety.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and policy adherence.
• Maintain professional attitude aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately on POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to boost sales.

Education
