Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training of associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle cash, merchandising, open/close duties, and promote the membership program to foster loyalty.

You will lead by example to meet store KPI goals, support loss prevention, and ensure a welcoming store environment. This full-time role requires strong leadership and retail knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement on floor & at register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and policy adherence.
• Process sales transactions accurately with POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
