Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPI performance, uphold store standards, and manage tasks from cashiering to merchandising and shipments.

This role promotes the store's membership program, maintains a welcoming, energetic environment, and ensures safety and cash control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring recovery, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business goals.
