Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader in the United States to support the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep, while promoting the store's loyalty program.

The role requires leading by example on the sales floor, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring a positive, energetic environment for both team and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement at the sales floor and register.
• Assist with daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and comply with company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events to support business objectives.
