Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, manage cash handling, merchandising, and security procedures while promoting MINISO's membership program for loyalty.

The role requires leadership, multitasking, and strong communication skills to create a positive store environment and ensure memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and compliance with safety procedures.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS.
• Promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty.
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store upkeep.
