Royal Farms in Edgewood, MD seeks a part-time Shift Leader to run store operations during shifts, acting as the Person in Charge when a senior leader isn’t present. You will support customer service, product availability, food service execution, safety, and cost controls while aiding the management team.

You will coach team members, oversee shift tasks, manage POS transactions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards are met. Flexible weekend and overtime availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must possess strong supervisory and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to encourage, inspire, and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding service and coach team to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Oversee shift operations as the Person in Charge when senior leaders are not present.
