Responsibilities

• Receive service related calls from customers and schedule services.
• Schedule technicians for routine tune-ups and maintenance.
• Use radio or cellular phone to communicate with field staff about jobs.
• Enter parts and labor data to generate invoices for service work.
• Reconcile billable vs non-billable technician time.
• Coordinate service contracts and renewal/termination activities.
• Assist in inventory control and restocking of parts.
• Coordinate Gas Check program and schedule technicians.
