Qualifications

• 2–3 years in dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination.
• Experience in a trade service environment (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication with customers, technicians, and management.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians using routing and scheduling best practices.
• Debrief technicians after service calls and follow-up needs.
• Confirm availability with customers before dispatch.
• Notify customers of delays or rescheduled visits.
• Respond to overnight messages and emails promptly.
• Create and update work orders as calls are received.
• Maintain and review the dispatch board and 2–3 day schedules.
• Ensure parts are ordered and coordinated for scheduled work.
