Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store. You will guide customers through the eyewear journey, meet their eye-care needs with confidence, and drive daily sales goals.

Requires optic knowledge, strong customer service, and prior optical experience; licensed where required and ABO certification acceptable in lieu of experience. This part-time role offers benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions only.
