Visionworks of America is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding customers through an effortless eyewear journey with confident, personable service.

With 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, you’ll drive daily sales, engage with patients, and lead store operations while building lasting relationships. This part-time role offers competitive pay in the vision care industry and opportunities to grow with our team.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Executeday-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
