Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for part-time work. The role is the face of the store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with strong optical knowledge and licensed requirements as needed by state guidelines.

Prior optical experience and ABO certification are valued. The position emphasizes achieving sales goals, engaging with customers, and supporting daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other)
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient Experience
• Engage with patients and recommend products meeting eye-care needs
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge
• Support store operations including opening/closing in Lead roles
