Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey with expertise in optics and eyewear.

The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO Certification, along with a state license where required. Part-time position with opportunities to lead store operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience preferred; ABO Certification may substitute experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
