Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for part-time work in our store. This role is the face of the business, guiding patients through the Visionworks journey with optical knowledge and strong customer service. Prior optical experience and active license requirements are emphasized.

The ideal candidate will meet state guidelines for licensure where needed and drive store sales while delivering exceptional eyewear solutions and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other).
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through best Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training.
