Job summary

VisionWorks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through a simple, human, and bold eyewear journey. The role requires optical knowledge and leadership to achieve exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by optimizing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services meeting their eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge to ensure Right the First Time.
• Support store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals, including opening/closing in LEAD roles.
