Job summary

Milestone Retirement is seeking a friendly Concierge (Receptionist) to be the first point of contact in our community. You will greet residents, families, and guests, answer calls, and help maintain a welcoming lobby while supporting sales, marketing, and business office tasks.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, are at least 18, and hold a First Aid certification. Strong communication, organization, and a compassionate approach to aging adults are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or answering phones preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks
• Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance
• Encourage resident participation in community activities
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required
• Follow and communicate company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
