Springtree Senior Living is seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents and families. You will greet visitors, assist with needs, and coordinate requests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our Florida community.

The ideal candidate has proven concierge or customer service experience, strong English communication, and a patient, courteous attitude. A high school diploma is required; a related degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as concierge or in a customer service role.
• Excellent English language skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Strong communication abilities and a patient, friendly demeanor.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma required; relevant degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and families upon entry and be the reference point for inquiries.
• Understand residents’ needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Know the premises and local venues to offer suitable recommendations.
• Coordinate events, excursions, and transportation on request.
• Answer phones, take reservations, relay messages, and direct calls.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
