Clearwater Living Beaverton is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly greet residents and guests, answer phones, relay messages, and support front-desk operations in a luxury senior living setting.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service within a welcoming community. Responsibilities include visitor greeting, mail handling, administrative support, and coordination with staff during emergencies; shifts include Sunday-Thursday evenings or Friday/Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Background checks as required by regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• First Aid/CPR/BLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and direct inquiries professionally.
• Perform front-desk administrative tasks and support multiple departments.
• Monitor entry, log visitors, and report any concerns to supervision.
• Assist with mail distribution and resident service requests.
• Support emergency protocols and maintain lobby, appearance, and safety.
