Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly welcome residents and families, answer phones, relay messages, and coordinate services that keep the community running smoothly.

You will manage transportation, assist with dining and events, monitor sign-in logs, and maintain a neat reception area while delivering friendly, patient service to seniors and staff. Weekend and evening availability is required; you will work Friday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Experience as Concierge, Front Desk, Receptionist or experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for all residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Answers the phone within 3 rings; determine the nature of the call to either relay information or route the call as appropriate.
• Coordinates services for residents and their families (especially out of town guests).
• Coordinates the community’s transportation schedule and monitor sign-up sheet to avoid conflicts.
