Job summary

Clearwater Highland Park in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Concierge (PRN) to join our premiere senior living team. The Concierge is the first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering phones, relaying messages, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a neat front entrance, assisting residents and families, handling mail, and supporting multiple departments with administrative tasks while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Health requirements including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones, delivering warm, professional service.
• Maintain neat, organized front entrance and lobby at all times.
• Receive and relay messages, and assist with administrative tasks across departments.
• Monitor visitors, log them in/out, and report suspicious activity to supervisor.
• Assist with meal attendance tracking and report resident needs for room services.
• Support regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards.
