The PRN role emphasizes excellent communication, multitasking, and proficiency with basic tech (iPad/computer). Candidates should be patient and service‑minded to support seniors and their families.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or customer service role preferred.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Coordinate services for residents and their families, including transportation, errands, and events.
• Welcome new residents and families, provide information on concierge services, and direct to community resources.
• Manage transportation schedule and confirm reservations to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and organization of reception and welcome areas.
